If you’re having trouble accessing a registered program, work through this checklist:
- Are you logged in? All access requires an account. Follow instructions on how to log in here.
- Is it the right account? Access is tied to the email used at registration. If you have duplicate accounts, only one will show your program.
- Has the course program started? Some programs have specific launch dates. Access before or after those dates may be restricted.
- Has your access period ended? Programs are time-limited. Check your registration details for the closing date.
- Check your Assigned Groups. If your course has an assigned group, it will be visible in your My Account. Groups contain updated details about your program. Use the Expand function to read them.
- Did you transfer or register through a special arrangement? Our team may need additional time to set up your access. Contact the yoga4cancer team.
Step by Step Guidance to access your program:
- Log in and go to My Account (upper right corner).
- Under Your Programs, click the program box.
- Read any group notes using the Expand All function.
- Click Resume to pick up where you left off.
- Complete each topic and click Next Topic — completed topics will turn green.
