- Please log into your account associated with your registration. Be mindful that people often have duplicate accounts and only the one that you registered (and paid) will have access to the program.
- Your program – if its available – will be visible at the bottom of My Account – sample below. The boxes are active. Please click to get access.
- If you are still not seeing the program, please confirm the dates of your program or course. If there are dates that restrict access, it might not be visible because the program has expired or not yet available. You can confirm details with ‘Orders’ in your My account.
