During an online course or program, participants can need help. We are here to support and provide various ways to get help quickly and efficiently.
Step #1 – Use the yoga4cancer Search Tool or the FAQ library
Our powerful search scans all website content, including FAQs commonly used by online training participants. Try these access points:
- In the upper right corner (below “Hello, [Your Name]”), open the dropdown menu and select Search.
- On the main website (outside the course view), click the green magnifying glass icon in the top-right corner.
- Or go to the General tab and click Search there.

Step #2 – Use the dedicated Support form:
If you need direct help, submit your request via the dedicated Support form which can be found in the dropdown menu in your program or course. Locate the “Hello, [Your Name]”).
When submitting:
- Check course & Group Materials – Many answers are provided early in a course but often overlooked.
- Be Specific – Describe the issue clearly. Include links, screenshots, and where the problem occurred. Saying “a link isn’t working” is not enough.
- The more detail you give, the faster we can help — and with less back-and-forth.
- Please allow up to 48 hours for a response.
