FAQ: What Happens When My Access Expires?

Can I still log in after my access expires?

You can still log into your yoga4cancer account after your program or course access expires, but you’ll no longer be able to view lessons, videos, quizzes, or other course content tied to that expired enrollment. Your account itself stays active — it’s just the specific program or course content that becomes unavailable.

Is there a grace period?

No. Access closes on the expiration date shown on your Program Page. We send a reminder email 30 days before your access closes so you have time to plan — if you think you’ll need more time, request an extension before that date, not after (see below).

I missed my expiration date and didn’t request an extension in time. What are my options?

Reach out through our Support form as soon as possible. Extensions are intended to be requested before access expires, but contact us and explain your situation — we’ll let you know what, if anything, is possible on a case-by-case basis. Depending on the program, re-enrolling may be an option; this is evaluated individually.

If I re-enroll, do I lose my previous progress?

It depends. Some progress, quiz results, and submitted assignments are tied to your original enrollment. Also, if there has been a significant gap in training, we might require that you restart the program to ensure comprehension. For details specific to your situation, contact us through our Support form.
