FAQ: I can’t find my program or course in my account. What happened?

Before reaching out to us, it’s worth taking a few minutes to troubleshoot — most of the time, this turns out to be a quick fix.

1. Check that you’re logged into the right account. This is the most common culprit. If you have more than one email address, your enrollment may be linked to a different one than the account you’re currently in. Log out, then try logging in with any other email you might have used at registration. Your confirmation email (check your spam folder too) will show exactly which address was used.

2. Check your enrollment date and program start. Some programs have a defined start date. If your program hasn’t opened yet, it may not appear as active content in your dashboard. If that window has passed, your course content may no longer be visible. This doesn’t mean your progress is gone — and it doesn’t mean you’re out of options. We offer extensions for students who need more time to complete. Reach out and we’ll work with you.

3. Visit the program page directly. Navigate to the course page on yoga4cancer.com. If you’re logged in and your enrollment is active, you should see a “Continue” or “Go to Course” button rather than a purchase option. If you’re seeing the purchase option, you may be in the wrong account (see step 1).

4. Give it a moment before assuming the worst. We want you – and everyone – to complete the programs we offer— that’s genuinely important to us. If your access is missing, it’s almost certainly a technical hiccup, not a reflection of your standing in the program. Errors happen on both ends, and they’re fixable.
