Getting Support with your online learning course or program.

During an online course or program, participants can need help. We are here to support and provide various ways to get help quickly and efficiently.

Step #1 – Use the yoga4cancer Search Tool

Our powerful search scans all website content, including FAQs commonly used by online training participants. Try these access points:

  • In the upper right corner (below “Hello, [Your Name]”), open the dropdown menu and select Search.
  • On the main website (outside the course view), click the green magnifying glass icon in the top-right corner.
  • Or go to the General tab and click Search there.

Step #2 – Use the dedicated Support form:

If you need direct help, submit your request via the dedicated Support form which can be found in the dropdown menu in your program or course. Locate the “Hello, [Your Name]”).

When submitting:

  • Check Orientation & Group Materials – Many answers are provided early but often overlooked.
  • Be Specific – Describe the issue clearly. Include links, screenshots, and where the problem occurred. Saying “a link isn’t working” is not enough.
  • The more detail you give, the faster we can help — and with less back-and-forth.
  • Please allow up to 48 hours for a response.
