Is this email legitimate?
Yes. If you received an email with a subject like “Your program access expires in 30 days” from yoga4cancer, it’s a legitimate, automated notification — not spam or phishing. We send this reminder 30 days before your one-year access window closes so you have time to finish your coursework, revisit materials, or request an extension if you need one.

I previously unsubscribed from yoga4cancer emails. Why did I still get this one?
Program access and expiration notices are transactional emails tied to your active enrollment, not marketing emails. They go out regardless of your marketing email preferences, because they contain information you need to complete or protect access to a program you’ve paid for. I didn’t get an expiration reminder and my access lapsed. What happened?
