Recent Testimonials:

  • “This program opened my eyes to aspects of yoga that I had not learned about in previous trainings. I feel the focus on cancer and treatment side effects, and the mental aspects of cancer was extremely helpful. The education about the benefits of simply moving the body, diaphragm, and lymph system gave me a new appreciation for the finer details of what we are actually facilitating as yoga teachers.” Krista (2024 Graduate)
  • “The Y4C method provides the tools, knowledge, and practical application so yoga teachers can bring yoga safely and effectively to support cancer patients and survivors on their road to wellness. The program mentors and teachers are knowledgeable, compassionate, and supportive. I would go so far as to say this course should be required for any yoga teacher that wants to work with cancer patients and survivors!” Tiffany (2024 Graduate)
