How to Copy Text From Word Into the Online Learning Form

To make sure your assignment is submitted correctly, please follow these steps:

1. Open your Word document:

  • Locate your file on your computer and open it.

2. Select the text you want to copy

  • Click at the beginning of the text.
  • Hold down your mouse and drag over the section you want to copy.
  • Or press Ctrl + A (Windows) or Command + A (Mac) to select everything.
  • Copy the text
  • Right-click on the selected text and choose Copy, or
  • Press Ctrl + C (Windows) or Command + C (Mac).

3. Go to the online learning system form

  • Navigate to the assignment page.
  • Click inside the text box where your answer should go. This places your cursor there.

4. Paste your text

  • Right-click inside the text box and choose Paste, or
  • Press Ctrl + V (Windows) or Command + V (Mac).

5. Check your formatting

  • Some systems remove Word formatting. This is normal.
  • Make sure the text is readable, spaced, and complete.
  • You may need to add line breaks manually.

6. Save or submit your work

  • Once everything looks correct, click Save, Submit, or the button required by the system.
