How do I access my Program, Course or Event?

To access a registered Program, Course, Workshop or Event, please review the checklist below:

  • Have you logged into Your Account? All programs, courses, workshops or events require registration that is linked to ‘Your Account’. Follow instructions on how to log in here.
  • Confirm that it is the correct account. Any program or class or event is linked to specific accounts. If you have set up duplicate accounts, only ONE will have access. Please check any registration details.
  • Has your program started? For some programs, such as our 75 hour Certificate Program, there could be specific days that the program will be available to launch. If you are trying to access BEFORE or after those dates, access will be blocked and / or limited.
  • Are you trying to access the program AFTER the close of your program? Access to the certificate program and other courses is time limited as we are constantly working to improve and evolve. Therefore, please confirm the date of your program closing. These will have been communicated throughout registration and your program details.
  • Review your ‘Assigned Groups’. If you have an ‘Assigned Group’ in conjunction with your program or course, additional details will be available there. These details are updated so it is a good reference point at any point during your program or event. Use the ‘Expand‘ Function to read more.
  • Did you ‘register’ through a unique situation? For example did you transfer from another program. If so, the yoga4cancer Team might need time to set you up. Contact the yoga4cancer team.
  • If you are seeing programs in Your Programs, please ‘click’ the box to go to your Program Page. This provides access. For example, if the above student clicked “Oncology Yoga – A 5 Hour Short Course” in the programs list, this would bring them to the 5 hour program. You can also click your Assigned Groups and this will provide both your Group information and the Programs at the bottom of that page. These content is identical just provided in a different way.

Step by Step Guidance:
  • Log in to your account. Go to ‘My Account’ seen in the upper right hand side of the website.
  • Find ‘Your Programs’. Click the box.
  • This will takes you to the corresponding Program page.
  • Read notes – to ensure comprehension.
  • Use the Expand All function to see the full course or program.
