I currently teach yoga remotely in homes and condo associations. I live in the Marina Del Ray area of California.
My passion for teaching Y4C started when my mom was diagnosed with cancer. I feel it’s a great way to calm the mind and relax the body. I’m hoping to bring therapeutic, healing tools into the lives of those feeling anxious and unsettled through a pleasant yoga practice. I can come to you where ever you feel comfortable.
