BioI am a compassionate and dedicated 500-hour certified yoga teacher with a heartfelt specialization in yoga for cancer patients. With a deep understanding of the physical, emotional, and spiritual challenges that cancer patients face. I strive to create a nurturing space for cancer patients to connect with their bodies, alleviate symptoms, and promote overall healing and well-being. I currently offer community classes and offerings through Sentara's Brock Cancer Center.
