BioI have been practicing yoga for over 30 years. Following multiple sports injuries, I realized how difficult it was to find a yoga class that offered modifications. This inspired me to seek Yoga teacher certification to offer classes for others who may have physical limitations. Fast forward to 2018, when I was diagnosed with a non-curable cancer and found there were no classes in my area other than chair yoga and this is how I found Yoga 4 Cancer for my own journey and to share with others!
