Lisa Edgerton
BioLisa's first yoga teacher training in 2000 ( a 12 month diploma ) with the International Yoga Teachers Association provided the beginning of a life long love and journey of the body, mind and spirit. Lisa has also undertaken training, and study in OkiDo Yoga, Restorative Yoga, Fertility Yoga, Well Women's Womb Yoga and Oncology Yoga.
