I'am an outgoing yoga ,fitness instructor, silver sneakers classes and . P.E teacher I've been teaching for 20 years or so all kind of classes and ages. The last 15 years, I'm teaching in Miami in seniors living places, clinics and activities centers , many of my students are cancer survivors too. I got many experiences and lesson from them. I feel so grateful to serve and share my wellness classes with them.
I really think that teaching is my life mission and I'am so happy with it.
