For over 25 years, I’ve guided students and clients toward greater vitality and harmony through yoga, homeopathy, and massage therapy.

I offer personalized and group sessions that integrate mindful movement, breath, and holistic principles to restore balance to body, mind, and spirit.

My practice extends into service and education through the Urban Zen Integrative Therapy program and for nearly 20 years of teaching Yoga for Cancer (Y4C), offering free classes for those affected by cancer.
