BioI have been a certified yoga instructor with certifications in power yoga, osteoporosis/osteopenia and oncology yoga for 8 years. I teach oncology yoga at both hospital campuses each week. I am also a cancer survivor. I work through Cancer Pathways Midwest (formerly Gilda's Club). The classes are free for those that are survivors, family or caregivers.
