yoga4cancer offers two free, self-paced online courses: one for people living with and beyond cancer, and one for yoga teachers and healthcare professionals.

Oncology yoga is yoga adapted for the realities of cancer treatment and recovery. It takes into account side effects such as fatigue, neuropathy, lymphedema risk and bone loss. The yoga4cancer method is evidence-informed, recommended by oncologists, and designed to work alongside conventional medical care.

Each course takes you through the what, why and how of oncology yoga from your perspective, whether you are going through treatment or supporting people who are. Both courses are online and self-paced, and you can start today. Choose the course that best fits you:
