Virtual vs In Person Oncology Yoga Support

Bio

I completed my 500-hours of yoga teacher training in 2019 and have had the opportunity to teach classes for Johns Hopkins University staff as well as currently, for a cancer support non-profit organization. I also have private in-person and online students. I teach a gentle, breath-powered Hatha yoga. I have a consistent daily practice.

I completed my Yoga4Cancer training in October 2026 and have been incorporating its supportive poses and transitions in my current classes.
