Our online programs include a variety of videos—some created by yoga4cancer and others curated from trusted experts. These videos are an essential part of the program, and completing them fully is often required before moving forward in the learning system.
Before reaching out to Support, please try these common solutions. Most issues are solved with one of these steps:
✅ Can’t move forward?
- Watch the entire video (no skipping).
- Let the video play to the very end (some have music or blank space at the end).
- If stuck, drag the play bar to the very end before clicking “Mark Complete.”
✅ “Mark Complete” button is grey or missing?
- This means the video or assignment isn’t fully complete.
- Double-check that you’ve finished everything required in that lesson.
✅ No sound?
- Check your device volume and mute settings.
- On iPhones/iPads, unmute video manually (Control Center or side buttons).
✅ Error message?
- Refresh the page or try another browser (Chrome, Safari, Firefox).
- Search the exact error message online for a quick fix.
- Adjust browser privacy/security settings if needed.
✅ Asked to log into YouTube/Vimeo?
- You do not need another account.
- This is caused by your browser/device settings.
✅ Need captions or transcripts?
- Turn on CC in the video player.
- For lecture videos, transcripts are under the “Materials” tab.
