I was first introduced to yoga over 30 years ago and completed my 200-hour Yoga Teacher Certification in 2020. As a lymphoma survivor, I deeply understand the challenges of fatigue and the importance of gentle, healing movement. With more than 30 years of experience as a nurse and a background in gerontology, I have a special passion for supporting older adults in their wellness journey.
