I have been a Fitness Trainer for over 25 years. My interest in fitness for longevity brought me to yoga. I received my 200 hour certification in 2012. I teach Hatha Yoga in the BKS Iyengar tradition. I received my Y12SR certification in 2020, and hold space for Trauma Healing. I received my y4c certification in 2025, and want to provide classes through local Cancer Institutes. I lead Restorative/Healing Retreats. My ambition is to assist people to feel their best in every phase of their lives.
