BioI have a strong conviction and passion for sharing accessible and sustainable yoga with people of all ages and abilities. My approach to teaching yoga is slow, mindful and interoceptive with a strong focus on improving nervous system resilience, physical range of motion and overall well-being. In addition to cancer care classes, I teach accessible yoga, meditation, menopause and chair yoga.
