BioMy yoga journey began in August 2016. I developed a deep love and appreciation how yoga can improve both physical and emotional health; assisting my own long-term recovery from Cancer and associated treatments. I am a E-RYT200 and RYT-500 certified yoga teacher, a yoga4cancer certified teacher since 2021 and completed additional yoga4cancer training in July 2023. I offer Oncology yoga through weekly classes in two yoga studio locations and in private setting up on request.
