As a cancer survivor and Yoga teacher, it is my pleasure to offer a class for patients and survivors. This class is a gentle approach to stimulating the lymphatic system while building strength and flexibility. Throughout the class , individual modifications are offered. The class is free and offered by the Central Texas YMCA and Moving Beyond Cancer Collaberative.
