I believe in the transformative power of Yoga. Having received my first of many Teaching certifications in 1999, I have been passionately sharing the multidimensional facets of yoga practice with my students and clients.

Drawing from my studies and experience in Hatha yoga, Yoga therapy, Oncology yoga, and Yin yoga, my intention is to create a space to practice safely and intelligently allowing each participant to reconnect with themselves.
