I’m here to bring this practice to fellow warriors of all walks of life and those with warrior spirits, driven to feel their best and move with intention – and tenacity – every single day. RYT, LYT, and y4c certified, I teach group and private sessions to cancer patients and survivors in all stages of their journey.
