Hi, I'm Joy. I am the owner of Crystal Being Wellness, LLC
My passion is to empower people to take back control over their own health and wellness. I do this using the modalities of Ayurveda (with a focus on diet and lifestyle), Yoga Therapy (including Oncology Yoga), and Reiki (balancing and relaxing energy work), I help clients reconnect with nature's rhythms and cycles to cultivate optimal health and wellbeing.
All sessions are one-on-one and tailored to the individual.
