As a breast cancer survivor and certified yoga instructor, I have transformed my personal experience into a mission to empower others facing similar challenges. My journey through diagnosis, treatment, and recovery has deepened my understanding of the physical and emotional hurdles cancer patients encounter. During my recovery, yoga became a cornerstone of my healing—restoring mobility, strength, and emotional resilience. I wish to support and inspire others, fostering hope and positivity.
