Hello! I am the owner of Peaceful Yoga Studio in Brodheadsville, PA. I received my 200 and 300 hour trainings from The Yoga Loft in Bethlehem in 2014 and 2017. In 2020, I completed my Yoga Therapist certification with Spanda Yoga. And in 2024 my yoga4cancer certification. I am also a Reiki Practitioner.
I believe yoga is a powerful healing tool (physically, emotionally and spiritually). I truly believe anyone can do yoga and reap its benefits; of which there are many.
