I was a partner in a yoga studio for four years and when it closed, I was looking for a way to serve my community and found Christina Phipps Foundation and its training of Oncology Yoga! I have been teaching Oncology Yoga since 2019 at AdventHealth in Daytona Beach. When COVID hit, my yoga took me into the Zoom world so that I could continue to provide FREE yoga classes. I currently teach a Zoom class and an In Person class weekly to amazing women and men who are dealing with this disease!
