Karen Apostolina is a C-IAYT Yoga Therapist and a y4c-Yoga4cancer Certified Senior Teacher and mentor. She began practicing Iyengar-style yoga in 1996. She specializes in oncology yoga helping patients and thrivors mitigate the side effects of treatment. She currently works for Providence Health Integrative Medicine at the Roy and Patricia Disney Family Cancer Center in Burbank, CA and privately with clients in person and over zoom.
