Diana is a medical doctor, who concluded a PhD in the field of palliative care. She has a holistic view of health, which considers the whole person and their interaction with their environment. In 2019, Diana concluded a 200-hour yoga teacher training in Australia (Anusara-inspired). In 2020, she was diagnosed with cancer, which motivated her to undertake the yoga4cancer certificate program. She lives in Portugal and teaches Therapeutic Yoga (for people with cancer and other chronic diseases).
