I had just turned 40 when I was diagnosed with breast cancer…. I’ll never forget those feelings of shock, sadness, anxiety, and uncertainty. Dealing with the unknowns.
Through the practice of yoga, meditation, and coaching, I was able to embark on a transformative journey towards recovery, leading to a life filled with greater meaning and happiness.
