I was diagnosed with breast cancer in September 2022, at age 43. I was teaching yoga at the time, having just completed my 200 hour YTT a few months before. Shortly after my double mastectomy, I found the y4c Oncology Yoga training, and decided to enroll while I was going through treatments. My yoga practice has helped me through this cancer journey in countless ways. I am passionate about bringing the benefits of Oncology Yoga to all of those touched by cancer.
