I have been a student of yoga since 1985 and teaching since 1987. At my studio, The Triad Yoga Institute, I have been teaching a weekly class for students that live with cancer, are survivors of cancer, or are caregivers for those living with cancer for over 10 years. I use the methodology of Yoga4Cancer because it includes a systematic approach to teach safely to this population with attention to precautions and group support. I am also available for private sessions live or online.
