I am an experienced yoga teacher registered with Yoga Alliance. I have done Yoga 4 Cancer after volunteering with cooking classes for a not-for-profit cancer support organization, Wellness House. I strongly believe that taking care of our Mind and Body is very important and can help ease any discomforts. I am estrogen dominant and suffered from various conditions, cancer hasn't been one of those but it was a close call. I am energetically sensitive and can feel emotions.
