I am a trained Hatha Yoga teacher (550 hrs) with a focus on mindfulness. My classes are tailored to the students and their needs. I incorporate pranayama, meditation and mantras and offer variations of the asanas which generally makes the classes accessible to all students also during treatment and post-OP.
