I believe Yoga should be accessible to everyone regardless of ability and offer my students a safe and welcoming environment. I’ve practiced yoga since 2003 and began teaching in 2012 to share the physical, mental, and emotional benefits of Yoga. I became certified in Yoga4Cancer (Y4C) in 2017 and teach a class for cancer survivors enrolled in the Livestrong Program offered by the South Hampton Roads YMCA. Classes focus on addressing physical, emotional, and mental aspects of cancer recovery.
