My first contact with yoga was in 2003. Since then, I had time to train as a yoga teacher and take several courses in this discipline. I have raised two daughters, overcame breast cancer and divorced, and had to rebuild myself with lots of love. Yoga has not prevented me from having overwhelming experiences. Still, it has taught me to accept and recognize them as lessons that have helped me to live more consciously and peacefully. I only give private lessons to be able to treat them individually
