I am a E-RYT Yoga instructor in my yoga journey for 20 years. When I began taking yoga classes, my transformation began.
Yoga made a huge impact on me and I wanted to share it with others. One month after completing my yoga 200 hour teacher training, one of my dear friends was told that she had cancer. I completed my Yoga 4 Cancer training to support her and other cancer patients and survivors. As I continue my yoga journey, I look forward to being a guide for you.
