I am a registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) with Yoga Alliance. I hold a 500 hour Level 2 Teacher Qualification from Byron Yoga Centre, Teacher Qualifications in AMRIT Method Yoga Nidra, and hold Kids yoga Teacher accreditation and Y4C (Yoga for cancer) certification.
I am also a qualified Mat Pilates & Barre teacher, Integrative Nutrition Health & Wellness Coach and Thai Yoga Massage Practitioner.
I have been teaching oncology yoga privately and through Cancer Council Tasmania since 2018.
