I bring my training as an educator, my playful and positive personality, and my love for spirituality to my approach as a Yoga teacher and I strive to make all my students feel empowered by our yoga sessions. My students will experience a gentle but powerful yoga practice geared toward all skill levels. They will get help with stress relief, guided mindfulness, and find their inner peace and power. They will feel part of a tribe.
