I am a certified yoga instructor with additional Yoga for cancer certification.
I am currently teaching a yoga class suitable for both survivors, caregivers & actively treated patients. I am a cancer survivor & an oncology nurse.
My intention is to allow self care ,wellness, & calm to my students providing non-pharmacological options with only benefical "side effects". Feel free to email me for my current schedule & availability
