I’ve been teaching two Yoga for Cancer classes weekly since 2014 through Gilda’s Club Chicago. Currently I’m on site at Advocate Christ Medical Center in Oak Lawn IL on Tuesdays, and online only on Thursdays. These classes are chair-based and usually include standing versions of seated postures as well as balance postures. I also provide infusion accompaniment and do individual inpatient visits, which can include gentle yoga, breath techniques, meditation, and simply being present.
