Bio

Stephanee offers therapeutic, trauma-informed, and restorative yoga classes and workshops, mindfulness and meditation practices, and specialized yoga for cancer classes in the community. She has a private practice offering one-on-one and group somatic therapy and lifestyle therapy programs- with particular focus on cancer survivors and those with anxiety, depression, trauma, and PTSD.
