I am a children's book author and a 500 hour certified yoga teacher (vinyasa, yoga 4 cancer, restorative yoga, yoga for trauma level 1). I am currently enrolled in a yin yoga training and a yoga for children with additional needs training. I am also a certified mindfulness instructor and a Reiki level 2 healer.During the pandemic, I published "I Feel Better Now", an illustrated book that introduces the tools of yoga and mindfulness to children. Grateful for all these healing practices.
