For the past decade, Shelley has taught 10,000+ hours of yoga to her community. As an E-RYT 500, Y4C Teacher and Trauma Conscious Practitioner, she both runs a yoga studio & teaches Oncology Yoga in an Integrative Clinic within her local Cancer Institute.
Shelley weaves the practice of yoga and meditation along with her passion & knowledge in Ayurveda, Traditional Chinese Medicine Theory and the goal of nervous system regulation and empowerment into all the classes she leads.
