I am a yoga teacher specializing in multiple disciplines including Yoga and Ayurveda cooking & body work. I have undergone formal training and certification programs for these streams of practice and continue to learn and improve each day. I am able to do this by practicing with my students and fellow teachers in the various classes that I conduct/attend. Yoga is a way of life to me. I am amazed at how it transformed my life for the better, but also rekindled my interest and passion for service.
