I have been teaching yoga since 2015. In addition to my RYT 200 training I am a certified oncology yoga instructor. The most profound lessons I've learned include how to teach yoga safely and effectively for Every Body. With advanced knowledge in human anatomy and a willingness to delve deeply into the principles and practices of an ancient tradition, I aspire to be the yoga instructor that connects with you in a way that works for you as we practice yoga together.
